Pihopa Don is the Archbishop of Aotearoa and Bishop of Te Hui Amorangi ki Te Tairāwhiti, succeeding Archbishop Brown Turei, also a previous Trustee of the Te Aute Trust Board.

Pihopa Don has held several roles within the Amorangi, and Church nationally, including being Dean, of Te Rau College in Gisborne, and Ministry Educator for Te Hui Amorangi ki Te Tairāwhiti.

Bishop Don also holds a number of governance roles on a number of bodies associated with the Anglican Church and private companies operating in Tairāwhiti.
