Wharenoho

The Trust operates the wharenoho at Hukarere Girls' College and Te Aute College

The Wharenoho operate under a series of policies and regulations governing their operation, including the management of complaints and the maintenance of the wharenoho properties.  A copy of the Wharenoho Policy Manual is available here.

Hukarere Girls' Wharenoho

The Hukarere Girls' Hostel opened at its new site at 2 Arataki Road, Havelock North on 26 August 2023 following the Eskdale site being lost to Cyclone Gabrielle.

Te Aute Wharenoho

Since 1854 Te Aute Wharenoho has been situated on the whenua gifted by the Chiefs of Ngai Te Whatuiāpiti in 1853 that allowed the establishment of Te Aute College.
